CREX Supplements is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
6. Returns and Refunds
Our return and refund policy is outlined in full on our Returns page. In general, we accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery.
