Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more (2 or more bags). Orders under $50 ship for $4.99.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or US holidays.

Delivery time

After processing, most orders arrive within 8–17 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show movement.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of purchase, email crex@crexsupplements.com with your order number and we'll investigate and send a replacement or a refund.
