Refund policy

We stand behind every product we sell. If something isn't right, we want to make it right. Here's exactly how our return and refund process works.

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unable to offer a return or refund. To be eligible, items must be unopened and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on supplements that have been opened, as we are unable to resell consumable products once the seal has been broken.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For health and safety reasons, opened supplement products cannot be returned under any circumstances. This includes products where the seal, lid, or packaging has been tampered with or removed. If you have concerns about a product before opening it, please contact us first.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right — no return required. Simply email us at crex@crexsupplements.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund at your preference, no questions asked.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at crex@crexsupplements.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you'd like to return
  • The reason for your return

We'll respond within 24–48 business hours with return instructions. Please do not send items back without first receiving confirmation from us, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is the result of our error (wrong item, defective product), we will also refund any return shipping costs.
