Cancellation policy

At CREX Supplements, we want you to feel confident and in control of every purchase you make. This policy outlines your rights and options when cancelling orders, subscriptions, or any recurring purchase options available in our store.


Subscription Cancellations

If you have signed up for a recurring supplement subscription through our store:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled order date
  • Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for that cycle
  • To cancel, email us at crex@crexsupplements.com with your order number and the subject line "Subscription Cancellation"
  • Once confirmed, your subscription will not renew and no further charges will be made
  • Any orders already processed and shipped before cancellation are not eligible for cancellation but may qualify under our Refund & Return Policy

Pre-Order Cancellations

If you have placed a pre-order for an upcoming product:

  • Pre-orders may be cancelled any time before the item ships
  • Once a pre-order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and will fall under our standard Return & Refund Policy
  • To cancel a pre-order, contact us at crex@crexsupplements.com with your order number

Standard Order Cancellations

For regular one-time orders:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been fulfilled or shipped
  • After 12 hours, orders enter our fulfillment process and can no longer be cancelled
  • If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy to initiate a return once the item arrives

Refunds on Cancellations

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your cancellation and refund have been processed

  • Please include your full name, order number, and reason for cancellation to help us process your request quickly
