Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At CREX Supplements, we strive to make every part of your experience straightforward — including cancellations. Please review the policy below to understand your options based on your order type.


1. Subscription Cancellations

We offer flexible subscription options so you never run out of your favorite supplements. Here's what you need to know if you need to cancel:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled order.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming order.
  • To cancel, email us at crex@crexsupplements.com with your order number and use the subject line: "Subscription Cancellation".
  • If your order has already been shipped at the time of your request, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for next steps.

2. Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders can be cancelled as long as the item has not yet shipped:

  • You may cancel a pre-order at any time before the item ships.
  • Once your pre-order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and will fall under our standard Return & Refund Policy.
  • To cancel a pre-order, email crex@crexsupplements.com with your order number and a note that you'd like to cancel your pre-order.

3. Standard Order Cancellations

For one-time purchases, our cancellation window is limited due to our fast fulfillment process:

  • Standard orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed, provided the order has not yet been fulfilled or shipped.
  • After 12 hours, orders typically enter the fulfillment process and cannot be cancelled.
  • If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for available options.

4. Refunds on Cancellations

When a cancellation is approved, here's what to expect:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
