Shipping & Orders

How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–10 business days depending on your location. Shipping times may vary during peak periods or holidays. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please reach out to us at crex@crexsupplements.com.

How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time. You can also log into your CREX account and view your order status under Order History. If you didn't receive a tracking email, check your spam folder first — if it's still missing, contact us and we'll look into it right away.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we primarily ship within the United States. International shipping availability may vary, so if you're outside the US, please contact us at crex@crexsupplements.com before placing your order to confirm we can ship to your country. Please note that international customers may be responsible for any customs duties or import taxes imposed by their country. We're working on expanding our shipping reach, so stay tuned.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
We're sorry to hear that — that's never the experience we want you to have. If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product and email them to crex@crexsupplements.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll review your case promptly and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we'll make it right.

Products

Are your supplements safe to use?
Yes — all CREX products are formulated with safety and efficacy in mind, using ingredients that are backed by research and sourced from certified suppliers. Our products are manufactured in facilities that follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). That said, we always recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking prescription medications.

Do your products contain banned substances?
No. CREX Supplements does not knowingly include any substances banned by major sports organizations such as WADA, NCAA, or USADA. We are committed to clean, transparent formulations with fully disclosed ingredients and dosages. However, if you are a competitive athlete subject to drug testing, we recommend reviewing the full ingredient list with your coach or sports medicine professional before use, as individual sensitivities and testing thresholds can vary.

Are your products suitable for vegans or vegetarians?
It depends on the product. Some of our supplements — including certain protein powders — contain animal-derived ingredients such as whey or collagen. We clearly label each product's ingredient list so you can make an informed decision. If you're looking for plant-based options, check the product description for vegan or vegetarian designations, or email us and we'll point you in the right direction.

Can I take multiple supplements together?
Many of our products are designed to complement each other — for example, pairing a pre-workout with a protein powder is a common and effective combination. However, we recommend reviewing the full ingredient lists of any products you plan to stack to avoid exceeding recommended daily intakes of specific nutrients. When in doubt, consult a healthcare professional or registered dietitian who can tailor recommendations to your specific health goals and needs.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of the delivery date. If a product arrives damaged or defective, we'll cover the return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened products unless there is a quality issue, as supplements are a consumable product. All return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we always aim to find a fair resolution.

How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, email us at crex@crexsupplements.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours with instructions on how to send the item back. Please do not ship anything back without first receiving confirmation from us, as unauthorized returns may not be processed. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are typically issued within 5–7 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also support Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal for a faster, more convenient checkout experience. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify's payment infrastructure.
